Slow Cooked Beef Dino Ribs: Fall-Off-The-Bone Tender
Directions
Wash and dry ribs then season with all seasonings and oil. Using your hands take time and massage seasoning into meat for at least 5 minutes or more. Place in sealable bag and allow to marinate for at least 8 hours up to 24 hrs. Remove from marination bag and place in oven baking bag. Be sure to secure tie and punch a few tiny holes in bag for ventilation. Bake at 300 degrees for at least 5 hours. You can bake longer (up to 7 hrs., if you would like) the oven bag will retain moisture and tenderness. Remove from bag and serve.
